5 Scriptures to Pray for Unbelievers

Perhaps you’re like me and have some friends and family members you know need Christ. I have one person in mind. He doesn’t see a need for Christ. He’s totally uninterested in the gospel. I’m going to use these verses to pray for him. 

Who can you pray for?

Romans 10:1 Dear Lord, I pray for ________________ that she/he may be saved.

I Timothy 2:1-4 Heavenly Father, I thank you for ___________________ and ask that you bring him/her to the knowledge of the truth and salvation.

Luke 8:5-12 Lord, I pray for ____________________ to hear your Word. I pray that you allow your Word to penetrate her/his heart and that Satan won’t snatch the Word away. I pray that _____________ will believe and be saved.

2 Corinthians 4:3-4 I pray that you will open ______________’s eyes so he/she can see the light of the gospel and be saved.

Matthew 13:15 Father, I lift up ___________________________, whose heart as become calloused. I pray she/he might see with her/his eyes, hear with his/her ears and understand with his/her heart. Please heal ______________.
