Armor of God

“Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, against authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 

Ephesians 6:11-18

Do you realize that you are in a spiritual battle? Satan wants to steal, kill and destroy you, your family, your spouse, your friendships and your relationship with God. I pray you realize during your deepest suffering Satan is ready to beat you down, however praise God Christ is there also to help lift you up. He is there ready to take your hand, give you words of encouragement and whisper loving words in your ear.

Satan told me many times that the reason of my infertility was because I was a horrible wife and not a good mother to my only child. He would whisper over and over that I was being punished for not holding up to God’s expectations he had for me. The devil desired for me to hold on to jealousy, bitterness and resentment toward my friends, husband and ultimately God. Without my suffering I would not be writing to you, or have a testimony to share that would bringconnection with other women who have suffered like I did. It is all a part of God’s plan…. So put on your armor and get ready for battle….Christ is on your side!

Dear Patient Father,

I pray that during our trials we will put on the full armor of God so that when the day of evil comes, we may be able to stand ground. We know the prowler is ready for his attack. He will attack our mind telling us terrible lies, “for he is a liarand the father of lies.” (John 8:44).

However we can be confident that through Christ we have everything we need for battle and Satan does not stand a chance!

In Jesus Name we can claim victory!
